1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoyaRadar, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

BoyaRadar is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes photographs of vehicle panels to detect signs of repainting or damage. The app provides:

• AI-based paint analysis reports for individual vehicle panels
• Risk scores and visual indicators for each analyzed panel
• Expert commentary generated by automated analysis systems

3. License Grant

ExprimetTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BoyaRadar on your personal Android device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. Disclaimer – Analysis Accuracy

The information provided by BoyaRadar is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional automotive inspection, legal advice, or financial advice.

5. In-App Purchases and Payments

BoyaRadar offers the following paid products through Google Play Billing:

• Single Report – One-time purchase granting access to one full analysis report
• 5 Report Package – One-time purchase granting access to five full analysis reports
• Unlimited Access – Subscription providing unlimited analysis reports

All purchases are processed by Google Play. Prices are displayed in your local currency as listed on the Google Play Store. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policies.

6. Subscription Terms

If you purchase the Unlimited Access subscription:

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You can cancel at any time through your Google Play account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission
• Use the app to generate false or misleading vehicle reports
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Upload images that violate third-party intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BoyaRadar — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are owned by ExprimetTech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any ExprimetTech trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of BoyaRadar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExprimetTech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Decisions made based on BoyaRadar analysis results
• Vehicle purchase decisions or financial losses arising from use of the app

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BoyaRadar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ExprimetTech does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Termination

ExprimetTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to BoyaRadar at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of BoyaRadar after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BoyaRadar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
